My dedicated experience in luxury social media coordination began as the inaugural Social Media Coordinator at Bisha Hotel Toronto (September 2023 - end of April 2025). Prior to this, I honed my social media skills in various roles, where I successfully integrated social media initiatives with broader marketing and project goals.

Key Responsibilities & Achievements:

• Content Strategy & Curation: Managed and curated engaging content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook, transforming user-generated content into compelling narratives.

• Influencer & Media Relations: Forged impactful collaborations with tastemakers, media guests, and influencers, expanding brand reach and engagement.

• Community Management: Actively engaged with past and present hotel guests and patrons online, fostering strong community relationships.

• Audience Growth & Engagement: @BishaToronto Instagram following grew by over 6,000 net followers (from 26.2k to 33k) between September 2023 to April 2025. In 2024, @BishaToronto led Downtown Toronto competitors in Net Audience Growth, Published Post Average, and Engagement Average. At it's peak, the Instagram account received 240,000 views per month, before being archived following a corporate ownership transition.

• Sales & Performance Analysis: Beyond traditional social media duties, as a new social media task introduced in July 2024, I proactively converted virtual interactions into tangible results by selling hotel stays to VIP media guests and influential creators (including reality-TV stars, award-winning Film Directors, local and international influencers etc). Approximately 45 room nights were sold under my social media code from July 2024 to December 2024.

  Utilizing advanced tools like Sprout Social and Emplifi/Pixlee, I conducted comprehensive competitor analyses, assessed profile performance, and performed in-depth audience analysis of key influencers. These insights were crucial in ensuring our social media presence remained competitive and impactful within Toronto's bustling downtown luxury market.
